The films are approximately 20 minutes long and are suitable for a workplace meeting or a parent meeting. In this film you will learn about three common pitfalls when we try to achieve equality, but above all, strategies for change. How can you become aware and practice treating children equally?
Film 2) 100 possibilities – Common traps in language and communication
The words we choose matter! Crafts or inventions? Testing boundaries or playing around? Being picky or meticulous? How we treat children affects how children create their identity and image of themselves, who they are and can be in the world. You will gain knowledge about how you can ensure that all children can practice both giving and taking space.
Film 3) 100 Possibilities – Common Traps in Play and Emotions
Monster boys and Lego dudes – how can play be gender-equal? And how can you strengthen children's friendships? In this film you will also learn how to strengthen children's identity and integrity with the help of emotions and boundaries. The film also addresses how we teach children consent – simply a few keys to ensuring that today's children do not have to write #metoo in the future.

Where can I find the digital course I have purchased?
Once you have purchased the course, it will be available under "My Account" here on olika.nu (you will find the account icon in the top right). If you do not have an account, you will be asked to create one. The account is linked to your email address. You can access the course by hovering over the login figure, when the menu appears, click on "Courses".
I want to buy the course for my staff, how do they get access to it?
Once you have completed your purchase of the training, it will be available via “My Account” in the store. All people who will take part in the training can watch via the same account.
I want to purchase training for 30 employees who are spread across different locations, how do I do that?
Click on the button “We are more than five and "We want a group discount", fill out the form and submit. We will create a price proposal and email it to you. If you say yes, we will ask for invoice details and whether you want to start the course via one or more accounts. It is fine for several people to log in to the same account, but you can also create several if it is easier. When you have started the account or accounts, let us know and we will connect the digital training that you have purchased.
I want to extend the course, is that possible?
The course remains valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you would like to extend it, please contact our customer service team and we will help you with this.
Remember! Only those who have paid for the course are allowed to take part in it. It is not allowed to show the course to anyone other than those who have purchased the course. A fine will be issued if you violate this.
