Movie 1) Normalize by including
By making norms visible, we can work inclusively – simply allowing more stories and perspectives to take place. In this film, you will learn how to conduct a norm-critical analysis, but also how to avoid falling into the tolerance trap, that is, reinforcing stereotypes when working with gender equality and equity. Instead, you will gain knowledge about the strategy of normalizing through inclusion!
Film 2) Who gets to be in the book?
In this film you will learn about norm creativity, that is, how we create change. You will get examples of how you can highlight different families, emotions, love, different bodies, functional variations and much more. Use our checklist to create a broad and inclusive representation on the bookshelf. We also give tips on how to create norm creativity

Hello and welcome to our digital training courses! You and those you buy the course for will take part in it via "My account" here at olika.nu. You can log in and take the course as many times as you want during 12 months from purchase. Simple and easy!
Where can I find the digital course I have purchased?
Once you have purchased the course, it will be available under "My Account" here on olika.nu (you will find the account icon in the top right). If you do not have an account, you will be asked to create one. The account is linked to your email address. You can access the course by hovering over the login figure, when the menu appears, click on "Courses".
I want to buy the course for my staff, how do they get access to it?
Once you have completed your purchase of the training, it will be available via “My Account” in the store. All people who will take part in the training can watch via the same account.
I want to purchase training for 30 employees who are spread across different locations, how do I do that?
Click on the button “We are more than five and "We want a group discount", fill out the form and submit. We will create a price proposal and email it to you. If you say yes, we will ask for invoice details and whether you want to start the course via one or more accounts. It is fine for several people to log in to the same account, but you can also create several if it is easier. When you have started the account or accounts, let us know and we will connect the digital training that you have purchased.
I want to extend the course, is that possible?
The course remains valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you would like to extend it, please contact our customer service team and we will help you with this.
Remember! Only those who have paid for the course are allowed to take part in it. It is not allowed to show the course to anyone other than those who have purchased the course. A fine will be issued if you violate this.
