Nanna grew up in Dalarna, but has lived in Gothenburg for many years. When she's not writing, she works with digital communications.
"I am inspired by Emma's courage and remember when she painted her nails to fight for human rights. That's what made me want to write a book inspired by her. It was extra fun to weave together Emma's childhood, as she told it, with my own imagination."
