Nathalie Seïdou grew up outside Brussels, where she still lives today. She loves to walk in nature among flowers and fields and draws a lot of inspiration for her pictures from there. Nathalie is a trained illustrator and has also worked as a teacher.
“As an illustrator, I get to come up with so many fun things, like how the children should look, what they should wear, and make the reader laugh or maybe get scared? Emotions are exciting. I hope that the children who read will like what I liked so much as a child, all the details of life, and that they can identify with the story. As an illustrator, I like to draw modern and fun characters, just like the T sisters. People with both pluses and challenges, like we all have. Everything human."
