Filip, grandfather and love

Filip and grandpa always meet in grandpa's kiosk. But one day the kiosk is closed. Grandfather is sick and Inga, the aunt with a stethoscope around her neck, comes to his house. But even though grandpa gets well, he is not happy. When he says that it is something worse than illness that makes him sad, Filip becomes completely cold. What's worse? What could be worse?
