What happens when you start changing the world instead of yourself? Much of what creates fear and anxiety has to do with our society. Narrow standards and twisted ideals, inequality, racism and the foul play of the media. But with knowledge and tools it is possible to change.

In the book Ta Control 2 #norms, ideals & media you get lots of practical tips! Many young people feel worry and anxiety. We want to encourage them to take their control, their voice and change what is not working. By examining structures and norms, and showing which tools are available for change, concern and frustration can be turned into faith in the future and meaningfulness. The book contains interviews with people who have created change themselves and they share their best tips with me.
