Said about our educations

Light and funny lecturer who makes a complicated subject easy to understand. Triggers a lot of thoughts but also ideas. Good with concrete tips on how we can work further. Good that the focus is on practice but that it is supported by theory.

Very good education that arouses many thoughts and feelings. Clear and simple language, inspiring and innovative.

So important with self-compassion, not just confidence and self-esteem. I wish I had learned this earlier in life. Taking power really gives good life skills.

Very rewarding. Good layout, easy to listen to and focus on the practical change. Lovely with all the possibilities highlighted. Nice to get concrete tips for our work and our continued process.

It is important that we talk to students about crappy words and that it affects everyone at school, after we have worked with Alla råt, we have got a much kinder climate.
