Lecture: 100 possibilities - equality in practice!
Give all children more opportunities
• In which situations are children treated unequally?
• Gender traps and gender crux
• Practical and simple tips for change!
Join us and learn more about common gender traps, but above all how we can create equality and give all children 100 opportunities instead of just 2. It's about how we empower children to be themselves, as the unique and amazing individuals they are actually are, instead of being hindered by unequal expectations and gender traps.
The lecture is suitable for parents, preschools, schools, associations and anyone who meets children in their work. We adapt the content to your business.
Gender traps and gender crux
Imagine that the ketchup for your sausage was pink or blue and you could only choose one color. Unfair and crazy - that's what many children think about inequality.
With humor and everyday examples, the lecturer shows that gender traps are everywhere, among toys and clothes, feelings and friendships. The course gives practical tips on how we can use simple means to treat children and young people equally. Simply how we create playful, appearance, language, friendship, emotional and bodily equality!
Lecturer Kristina Henkel
