This is how we work with cookies
How does OLIKA work with cookies?
A cookie, or cake in Swedish, is a small text file that a website requests to store on your computer. The text file contains a certain amount of information and a certain time stamp.
The web browser saves the information in a special place on your computer. It then sends the information in the cookie back to the website you have visited each time you have requested pages or images from the website. On Olika's website, cookies are used to improve the user experience and to optimize our website so that it functions as well as possible.
Permanent Cookies and Session Cookies
There are two types of cookies. One type, called a "permanent cookie", saves a file that remains on the visitor's computer. It is used, for example, to be able to adapt the website to the visitor's wishes, choices and interests, as well as for statistical monitoring.
The second type is called "session cookie". While a visitor is on a web page, it is temporarily stored in the visitor's computer's memory. Session cookies disappear when you close your browser. Olika's website uses both permanent cookies and session cookies. But regardless of the type of cookie used, we do not save any personal information about you as a visitor (such as e-mail address or name).
